There is the Appeals Committee. One of the roles of the Appeals Committee is to hear appeals against decisions of the FUFA Competitions Disciplinary Panel and/or the Adjudicatory Chamber
Statutes And Regulations
FUFA being the regulator of association football in the country labors to generate new regulations or amend the existing regulations to match with the prevailing circumstances or new challenges that warrant amendments or coming up with a new regulation.
The Legal Department initiates the proposals for the amendment of the FUFA Statutes and other regulations through the Rules Review Committee, which are then presented to the Executive Committee once received from the various stakeholders for approval as is in the statutes. There are various regulations inclusive of the FUFA statutes, FUFA Competition Rules, The FUFA Ethics and Disciplinary Code, Regulations on the status and transfer of players Etc.
